Stop and think of all the good things you have going for you today.
You're alive, intelligent, effective, filled with energy and able
to accomplish those things you set your mind upon. Sure there are
challenges, and of course there are circumstances that could be
improved. Yet the positive possibilities far outweigh the negative
factors. You are in a position, this very day, to change the world.
By this time tomorrow, something can be better, more valuable, less
troublesome than it is right now, all because of you. Something
can be improved because you have the ability to improve it. You
can think, you can act, you can evaluate, make corrections, and
persist until you get it right. Yes, some things are beyond your
control. That's all the more reason for you to make the very best
of those things you can influence and improve. Take a moment to
truly realize all the good things you have going for you this very
day. Then select one of your very best possibilities, and make it
real. - Ralph Marston

According to noted author and lecturer, Dr. Deepak Chopra, "The
body is held together by sound, and the presence of disease indicates
that some sounds are out of tune ... primordial sound is the mysterious
link that holds the universe together in a web that is the quantum
field."

2/04 - Releasing
Old Patterns:
I am willing to accept that I am human today and still require
rest and nutrients to live.
I am willing to seek balance in all that I do
I am willing to never be able to conquer all of what I want to do,
when I want to do it and I accept my humanness
I am willing to accept that as a human, I too am susceptible to
illness and I surrender to this.
I courageously choose to see myself as an unlimited child of God,
completely and totally capable of balance, health, wholeness, and
well being at all times.
I courageously choose to seek spiritually first that which I desire
physically.
I courageously choose to do my mental and spiritual work first –
as my first priority before I choose physical exertion or any variable
of "working hard." I accept that working hard is a condition
of the past and I no longer require this for success and fulfillment.
I surrender to this now and release any and all chains of thought
that could ever bind me to this past, now. I accept with an open
heart that life is easy, and that passion flows effortlessly from
this point forward.
1/04 - When you know that what you're
doing is right, nothing will be able to stop you. When you are absolutely
convinced of the true value of your efforts, you'll have the courage
and the persistence to see them through.
To believe in what you're doing is not just important. It is everything.
Anything less cannot possibly succeed. For any accomplishments you
reach while living a lie will ultimately be of no value. It is not
always easy to live true to your highest values, true to your authentic
self, true to what you know is right. Yet it is always your best
choice. When you deny what you know is right in order to follow
the expediency of the moment, the benefits you gain are trivial
and fleeting. Choose instead to live each moment true to the highest
values you know. Then, who you become will be the fulfillment of
who you truly are. Why would you ever want to be anything less?

12/03 - Little
Known Facts on the Christmas/Hanukah Season…
- Electric Christmas tree lights were first used in 1895. Ralph
Morris, an American suggested using electricity instead of candles.
- The tradition of lighting luminaries along streets and paths dates
back to the 17th century in Spain. The tradition spread to Mexico
and the American Southwest.
- The names of the three kings are Caspar, Balthazar, and Melchior.
- In the Ukraine, if you find a spider web in the house on Christmas
morning it is believed to mean good luck.
11/03 - The ability to learn is an
instinctive and primary trait that is a sign of life itself. Human
beings, companies, forests, the ocean, the entire environment of
earth, and the solar system—all are living systems, all are
intelligent, all are learning, and all are adapting to life... And
in the process of all this "living" each system will radically
change over time.
10/03 - Both EFT and BSFF are incredible
tools for eliminating emotional discomfort but there is so much
more to healing and creating
an abundant flow in life than just tapping on discomforts or
saying a cue word to overcome anxieties.
09/03 - The words we speak and the
thoughts we entertain are either the air that fans or the water
that extinguishes the flames
of our dreams.
08/03 - The word "psychology"
is the combination of two terms - study (ology) and soul (psyche),
or mind. The derivation of the word from Latin gives it this clear
and obvious meaning: The
study of the soul or mind.
07/03 - We
learn from life...the quality of the life we live is based upon
the learning we derive from our experiences.
06/03 - In China, Japan, India and
other Eastern countries Metaphysical
Healing has been the primary medical practice for thousands
of years.
05/03 - The
Native American Commandments - Treat the Earth and all that
dwell thereon with respect...
04/03 - Fear
is a very potent emotion. Since the September 11 attacks and
subsequently the current war in Iraq, every aspect of daily life
seems to be polluted by it. Fear plays upon our natural feelings
of vulnerability and turns them into expectations that another terrorist
attack is eminent.
03/03 - How
is reality created? - Thoughts and feelings are impulses of
energy and information. They send out vibrational pictures, patterns,
and colors (not words or language). This energy affects the atmosphere
(energy field) around the person thinking the thought or feeling
the feeling. What we see in the outer world is a reflection of collective
humanity's thoughts and feelings.
02/03 - What
is "the Squeeze? - Pema Chodron, an American Buddhist teacher
defines it as "a point where we are not able to take it or
leave it, where we are caught between a rock and a hard place, caught
with both the up-lift of our ideas and the rawness of what's happening
in front of our eyes..." and, that, she says, "is a very
fruitful place."
01/03 - What
is the origin of the word "Worthiness"? - Worth and
worship both come from Old English weorth, worth value. Worship
is composed of this word weorth, worth, + ship (a suffix meaning
condition, office, etc. as in friendship and sportsmanship), hence
worship was originally the condition or office of being worthy,
worthiness, dignity.

12/2002 - The
holidays are not happy for everyone
Did you know countless children are abused at family gatherings
while everyone is talking, laughing and having a good time.
11/2002 - What
is Obfuscation?
Did you know obfuscation means to cloud over; obscure; make dark;
or unclear; to muddle; confuse; bewilder. [Webster's New World Dictionary,
1982, P 980] Studies, surveys and research are the epitome of obfuscation.
It is ironic then that little is done on a local or national level
unless a study, survey or research project has been done.
10/2002 - What
is health?
Did you know according to Ayuveda, India's ancient art of healing,
the meaning of health is a single word: Swastha. Swa = self + Stha
= established; thus a person is healthy when '"established
in the self" ?
09/2002 - Who abuses
children?
Did you know understanding the mindset of a perpetrator is the first
step in protecting your child from this heinous crime? Learn the
mindsets
08/2002 - Healing
From Within
Did you know "we are responsible for everything in our lives,
including how the chemistry in our bodies works or doesn't work"?
